1. 01 · Welcher Content01 · Which content

   Alle Inhalte, die du im Rahmen des Solio UGC-Programms erstellst und uns schickst oder auf deinem Profil veröffentlichst: Videos, Rohclips, Fotos, Texte und Voice-over („Content“).

   All material you create as part of the Solio UGC programme and send to us or publish on your profile: videos, raw clips, photos, text and voice-overs (“content”).

2. 02 · Unsere eigenen Kanäle02 · Our own channels

   Du räumst uns das einfache (nicht exklusive), zeitlich und räumlich unbeschränkte Recht ein, den Content auf Solio-Kanälen zu veröffentlichen: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, unsere Website und unseren Shop (auch auf Produktseiten), Newsletter und Präsentationen. Wo es möglich ist, markieren wir dein Profil.

   You grant us a simple (non-exclusive) right, unlimited in time and territory, to publish the content on Solio channels: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, our website and shop (including product pages), newsletters and presentations. Where possible we tag your profile.

3. 03 · Bezahlte Werbung03 · Paid advertising

   Wir dürfen den Content 12 Monate ab Übermittlung in bezahlten Anzeigen nutzen, z. B. auf Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, Google/YouTube und Pinterest. Eine längere Nutzung sprechen wir vorher mit dir ab. Anzeigen über deinen eigenen Account (Whitelisting, Spark Ads, Partnership Ads) schalten wir nur mit deiner gesonderten Freigabe.

   We may use the content in paid ads for 12 months from delivery, e.g. on Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, Google/YouTube and Pinterest. Any longer use will be agreed with you first. Ads run through your own account (whitelisting, Spark Ads, partnership ads) only with your separate approval.

4. 04 · Bearbeitung04 · Editing

   Wir dürfen den Content kürzen, schneiden, mit anderem Material kombinieren, Untertitel, Text und Musik ergänzen, Formate anpassen und übersetzen. Den Sinn deiner Aussagen verändern wir nicht, und wir legen dir keine Worte in den Mund.

   We may shorten, cut and combine the content with other material, add subtitles, text and music, adapt formats and translate it. We won't change the meaning of what you say or put words in your mouth.

5. 05 · Name, Bild & Stimme05 · Name, image & voice

   Du willigst ein, dass wir deinen Namen bzw. Handle sowie dein Bild und deine Stimme im Zusammenhang mit dem Content zeigen.

   You agree that we may show your name or handle as well as your image and voice in connection with the content.

6. 06 · Was du uns zusicherst06 · What you confirm

   Der Content stammt von dir. Alle Personen, die erkennbar zu sehen sind, sind mit der Nutzung einverstanden. In den Dateien, die du uns schickst, ist keine urheberrechtlich geschützte Musik – Musik fügst du nur in deinem eigenen Post über die Instagram- oder TikTok-Bibliothek hinzu. Und du machst keine Heil- oder Wirkversprechen.

   The content is your own. Everyone recognisable in it agrees to its use. The files you send us contain no copyrighted music – add music only in your own post via the Instagram or TikTok library. And you make no healing or guaranteed-effect claims.

7. 07 · Deine Rechte07 · Your rights

   Du bleibst Urheber:in und darfst deinen Content jederzeit selbst nutzen. Wir sind nicht verpflichtet, ihn zu verwenden. Möchtest du, dass ein organischer Post mit dir offline geht, sag uns Bescheid – wir entfernen ihn innerhalb von 14 Tagen. Laufende Anzeigen enden spätestens mit Ablauf der 12 Monate.

   You remain the author and may use your content yourself at any time. We're not obliged to use it. If you'd like an organic post featuring you taken down, just tell us – we'll remove it within 14 days. Running ads end at the latest when the 12 months are up.

8. 08 · Vergütung08 · Compensation

   Die Rechte sind mit der für das UGC-Programm vereinbarten Leistung abgegolten (Produkt und ggf. Honorar).

   These rights are covered by what was agreed for the UGC programme (product and, where agreed, a fee).

9. 09 · Zustimmung09 · Your consent

   Bitte bestätige uns vor dem Start kurz per Antwort auf unsere E-Mail, dass du mit diesen Nutzungsrechten einverstanden bist.
